2. Orders and Payment

• Song previews are provided free of charge.
• Full song access requires a one-time payment of $29 USD.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• Upon successful payment, your full song will be delivered to the email address you provide.

3. Delivery

Your personalized song will be delivered via email within minutes of purchase. The email will include:

• Your full-length personalized song (MP3 format)
• Complete song lyrics

If you do not receive your song within 1 hour, please check your spam folder and contact us at team@songlygift.com.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our product:

• We offer a free preview before purchase so you can hear your song first.
• Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if you are unsatisfied with your song.
• To request a refund, contact team@songlygift.com with your order details.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to use SonglyGift to create songs that:

• Contain hate speech, threats, or harassment.
• Infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
• Promote illegal activities.
• Contain explicit or inappropriate content.

We reserve the right to refuse service for requests that violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon purchase, you receive a personal license to use your song for private, non-commercial purposes.
• You may share your song with friends and family.
• Commercial use (advertising, resale, public broadcast) requires additional licensing. Contact us for details.

7. AI-Generated Content

Songs are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality:

• Results may vary based on the input provided.
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or styles.
• The preview feature allows you to evaluate the song before purchasing.

SonglyGift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
